5. How do I set up an email signature in Outlook?
- Unzip the email signature file and save it to your hard drive
- Select Tools > Options... from the menu in Outlook.
- Go to the Mail Format tab.
- Click Signatures... under Signatures.
- Click New...
- 1. Type the new signature's desired name.
- 2. Choose how to create your signature: Click the button Use this file as a template.
- Browse to the email-signature.htm file on your hard drive.
- Click Next >
- Click Finish.
- Click OK.
- Under Signature for new messages ensure the signature just created is selected.
- Click OK.
