5. How do I set up an email signature in Outlook?

  • Unzip the email signature file and save it to your hard drive
  • Select Tools > Options... from the menu in Outlook.
  • Go to the Mail Format tab.
  • Click Signatures... under Signatures.
  • Click New...
  • 1. Type the new signature's desired name.
  • 2. Choose how to create your signature: Click the button Use this file as a template.
  • Browse to the email-signature.htm file on your hard drive.
  • Click Next >
  • Click Finish.
  • Click OK.
  • Under Signature for new messages ensure the signature just created is selected.
  • Click OK.
